International Marketing Champion - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the International Head of Marketing of TG Eakin (TGE) as part of the Marketing team. This is a key role required to support the company’s success across global markets.

There are two key areas of responsibility. Firstly, the post holder will continue to support and manage the execution of the wound re-brand and strategy, developing clinically lead campaigns to support product trial and take-up across a number of international markets. In addition, the post holder will manage a small number of distributors across Europe to raise the profile of all relevant products in the market and supplying campaign materials developed by the wider team.

 

KEY ACTIVITIES

Wound care

To manage the roll out and launch of the newly re-branded wound category, incorporating

  • Packaging translation and market specific adaption
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure supply of cartons, IFU’s and any other product support material is available and managed in good time to meet demand expectations
  • Adapt the new brand strategy for all channels and re-brand current materials.
  • Effectively communicate the re-brand rational to relevant markets
  • With the support of the clinical team, develop engaging campaigns to raise the profile of wound products to support reps in markets and distributors.
  • Work with the digital team to re-brand and position the wound category on Eakin websites and create digital assets to support campaigns

 Business Partner Management (distributors)

  • Lead in providing marketing support to a small number of international business partners working closely with the relevant sales lead and building relationships with the business partner team.
  • Communicating product plans
  • Agreeing and supplying relevant material to support in market sales growth

General Responsibilities

  • Budget management of areas of responsibility
  • Analysis and reporting of success of marketing across all relevant markets
  • Supporting Graduates as part of the marketing rotation
  • As part of a busy team, could be required to be part of or lead other projects that arise, on an ad hoc basis across marketing

KEY SKILLS

Essential

  • Degree in a relevant business-related subject area or similar
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role within an international environment
  • Previous experience developing campaigns across off and on-line channels
  • Experience using insights for campaign development
  • Successful project manager who has been able to deliver cross functional projects on time.
  • Willingness to undertake some international travel
  • Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting materials in person or via teams to sales reps and other stakeholders across the business
  • Experience of working with distributors or agents internationally
  • Driving license and ability to attend meetings in the Head Office in Comber – Northern Ireland 

 

Desirable

  • Fluency in a second language
  • People management skills
  • Experience in wound care or similar field would be a distinct advantage
