ABOUT THE ROLE
The Strategic Innovation Team works within healthcare specialities aligned to the Eakin Healthcare Group core business activities with a remit to provide market context, understand stakeholders and define opportunities to shape the future direction and feed the product development pipeline to ensure sustainable growth for the Group companies.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Innovation, this role combines technical and commercial aspects with the post holder having responsibility for the strategic innovation activities in Respiratory Care, working closely and collaboratively with other members of the Strategic Innovation Team, Eakin R&D and Armstrong Medical.
The successful candidate is likely to have worked the respiratory care market, either directly in a front end / strategic marketing role or in a consultancy capacity and must have demonstrable experience of developing, managing, and delivering evidence-based projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams to translate primary and secondary research into tangible development opportunities.
