Recruitment Team Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Group Recruitment Manager you will have a variety of resourcing administration and PA responsibilities including but not limited to vacancy advertising, social media campaigns, interview scheduling, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the Recruitment Team with back-office tasks.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive with an exceptional eye for detail.

This is a home-based role responsible for providing Group wide recruitment administration activities with occasional business travel to our UK sites.

 

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Revising current job descriptions and creating new job descriptions in line with specified format
  • Vacancy posting internally and externally onto Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn
  • Manage the applicant process and workflow via ATS
  • Source, shortlist and screen applicants
  • Interview scheduling
  • Build talent pool for specialist skills
  • Keep candidates, Recruitment Team and hiring mangers informed of any changes to the interview scheduling process
  • Share accurate communications of new starter announcements
  • Oversee the employee referral scheme
  • Support the Recruitment Team with Recruitment Campaigns both internally and externally
  • Create relevant and creative content to be used for company Intranet and social media
  • Update recruitment reports and metrics
  • Work closely with HR team, ensuring regular and effective communication

KEY SKILLS 
 

Essential

  • Experience supporting a Recruitment function from a resourcing/administrative perspective
  • Experience sourcing and screening CVs for specialist skillsets
  • Experience using inhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent rapport building skills, face to face, written communication and via telephone
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn to attract high calibre candidates
  • IT Literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and self-direct
  • Highly organised and professional
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy whilst meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work without supervision with a proactive approach to work
  • Full clean driving licence

Desirable

  • Previous success working from a home office
  • Knowledge of Access Recruit (The Access Group software)
  • Medical Device recruitment experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter licence
  • Other social media platforms

  • This role would suit a self-motivated, proactive individual wo can work well on their own to support business initiatives from a people plan perspective.
  • Occasional travel to UK sites including Cardiff and Northern Ireland
