ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Head of Operations Systems, this role is a key function within the team to ensure we operate with good quality data that allows for sound and rational decision making to drive the operations teams toward business excellence.
You will control and analyse data across Operations within a manufacturing business, producing routine reports and dashboards with actionable insights to inform decision making and opportunities for improvement. You will ensure best practice across core Master Data requirements, flagging gaps and helping the operations teams to improve data capture and quality of data. You will own key datasets and collaborate with various operational functions across each of the therapeutic areas, Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance to understand how improved data capture, insights and analysis can add value.
